TASTY TUESDAY: HOW TO MAKE PERFECT HARD BOILED EGGS – IN THE OVEN!

Okay, so I had to share this recipe.  For me it was life-changing!  Well, that may be a slight exaggeration, but still – its a new way of cooking an egg that makes me really happy.

  Yes, it’s the little things.

No longer do you need to worry about the boiling pot of water and whether the eggs will be the right consistency.  This is your new fool proof “how to boil an egg” tip of the day.  So preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

HOW TO MAKE PERFECT HARD BOILED EGGS

Place the eggs in a muffin tin.  No water or anything.  Just literally set them in the tin.  Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

As soon as they’re done blanche them in icy water for a minute or two – then peel.

Peel and slice and check out the inside…..once again….perfection!  I chopped all this up, added butter and bacon bits.  Mmmmmm…..Muy Bueno!

The easiest way in the world to “boil” an egg.  I’ll probably never use a pot of water again!
